About the case converter
The programmer cases - camel, Pascal, snake, kebab and constant - all mean the same words in a different arrangement, so converting between them is lossless and reversible. Converting from a sentence is not: the split into words has to be guessed from capitals and separators.
Title case keeps short joining words such as of, the and for in lowercase unless they fall first or last. That is a convention rather than a standard, and different style guides draw the line in different places.

- What is the difference between title case and capitalising every word?
- Title case leaves minor words - articles, short prepositions and conjunctions - lowercase in the middle of a title. 'The Lord of the Rings' is title case; 'The Lord Of The Rings' is not.
- Will it split camelCase correctly?
- Yes, including runs of capitals: XMLHttpRequest becomes XML, Http and Request rather than one word or eleven.
