No. Every operation runs inside your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you paste or open is sent to our servers, stored or logged. You can disconnect from the network after the page loads and the tool keeps working.

Will the YAML read back as the same data?

Yes. Strings that YAML would otherwise interpret as a number, a boolean or null, such as "true" or "123", are quoted, and number literals such as 1.50 are written through unchanged.
