These Terms govern your use of the My Mosaic mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial and commercial collage creation, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms (Google Play / Apple App Store).
You retain all rights to the photos you import and the collages you create. Because the App processes and stores your content solely on your device, you are responsible for that content and for having the rights to use any photos you add.
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
We may release updates and may require you to install a minimum supported version to keep using the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shilahar Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content. Because your content is stored only on your device, you are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data via in-app controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
