This Privacy Policy explains how the My Mosaic mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. The short version

Your photos and collages never leave your device. My Mosaic has no server or cloud storage. Every photo you add, every draft you save, and every collage you export is stored only on your device (drafts are encrypted at rest). We do not upload, transmit, or have any access to your images.

The App is ad-supported and uses third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting, which collect limited technical data as described below. You can opt out via the in-app consent controls.

2. Information processed on your device only (never collected by us)

Photos you select and the collages you create — used solely to build and export your collage on-device.
Drafts — saved locally as encrypted files so you can resume later.
App preferences — e.g., the haptics setting.

This data stays on your device. Deleting the App, or using Settings → Delete all data, removes it.

3. Information collected by third-party services

The App integrates the following services, which may collect data as controlled by their own privacy policies:

4. Consent and your choices

Ad & analytics consent. On first launch (and any time via Settings → Manage ad & data consent) you can accept or decline. Without consent, ads are shown non-personalized and analytics collection is disabled.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS). iOS will ask permission before any cross-app tracking; you may decline.
Delete your data. Settings → Delete all data erases all local content; Settings → Delete account also signs you out and removes your session.

5. Permissions

Photos / media library — to let you pick photos and save exported collages.
Vibration — for haptic feedback (toggleable).
Internet — to load ads and the above services.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention & security

On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Drafts and any stored session are encrypted at rest using a key held in the device's secure keystore. Data collected by third-party services is retained per their policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/EEA, UK, California/CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because we hold no personal data on our own servers, most requests are satisfied by the in-app delete controls or by contacting the third-party services above. 9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in the App or on this page.
